4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the designated work area is clear and accessible. Additionally, clients must obtain all required permissions, licenses, and authorizations before requesting our services. It is essential to provide accurate and complete information to facilitate the smooth provision of our services. Furthermore, for the safety of our team, any animals and young children on the premises must be under control during our service visits.

5. Payment and Invoicing

Payments are to be made within 30 days of receiving an invoice. All products and materials remain the property of The Company until the invoice is paid in full. The terms related to payment, pricing, and invoice specifics will be communicated individually and will be explicitly outlined in the service agreement. If the invoice is not paid within the specified timeframe, The Company reserves the right to retrieve and reclaim any provided products and materials.

6. Warranty and Liability

We offer a 1-year warranty on work and supplied products and materials. We do not warranty client-supplied products and materials. The Company does not provide any warranty, express or implied, on client-supplied products and materials. We also want to clarify that the warranty covers all work performed by us and any products and materials supplied by The Company. We disclaim any liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of our services, including any client-supplied products and materials not covered by our warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with the services provided by The Company, are owned by Gorey IT Solutions. Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials or content provided by The Company without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
